Original, complete WWII German Luftwaffe radio transmitter S10K, Ln 26965 for the FuG10 radio system.

The FuG 10 (“Funkgerät 10”) was the standard airborne radio installation in larger Luftwaffe aircraft like the Ju 88, He 111, and Do 217. Developed by Lorenz in 1936–1937, it became a staple communication system for bombers and multi-crew planes. The FuG 10 system comprised two transmitters and two receivers: one pair for longwave (LF) and the other for shortwave (SW) operations  S 10K (SK): The shortwave (Kurz-Welle) transmitter, operating from 3 to 6 MHz. It handled both Morse (CW, A1) and voice (AM, A3) modes, with output power of up to 70 W (CW) and 40 W (AM).
