Original, complete, RARE WWII German Luftwaffe Asr1 Radio Plug & Switch (Ln. 26517-3). This Asr1 Radio Plug & Switch used in conjunction with the FuG 7 aircraft radio system. This system was used on many early to mid-war fighters and bombers such as s the Me109, Fw190, Ju88, Ju87 and other German aircraft. The Asr1 connected directly to the FuG7 Radio System. This radio system allowed for air-to-air communication, as well as air-to-ground. The pilot would plug his flight helmet directly into this unit, and could easily adjust the volume using the knob located on the top. Made of aluminum, this item is in VERY NICE used condition. There is slight paint chips, scratches and marks, but nothing that takes away from the overall appearance.
